Unconfirmed transactions

There are several reasons why your withdrawal has not been credited to your wallet, and one of the most common reasons is an unconfirmed transaction.

As you may be aware, every transaction must be confirmed before it can be credited to the destination address.

The number of confirmations required varies depending on the wallet. Some wallets require just 1 confirmation for Bitcoin transactions, while others may require 3 or more confirmations.

Manual processing/ Pending

Another important factor that may have caused the delay in receiving your funds is that your withdrawal may have become "stuck" on our site.

This can occur if the withdrawn amount is substantial and requires manual processing by our administrators.

Note: Even though manual withdrawals are typically processed almost instantly, it may require a bit more patience on your part. Rest assured, there is no need to worry.

Other reasons
